"Wow – Just WOW! I just unwrapped the hourglass and am just speechless. And if you knew me, you’d know that’s nearly impossible as I never shut up! I must have said WOW 50 times in under three minutes! It is just beyond beautiful. It is stunning, unique, classic, sentimental, funny (the engraving is just the perfect touch to make her smile) and – please excuse the pun – but truly timeless. Who wants a gold retirement watch when you can have something as elegant as this! She has a very large, extraordinary fireplace and I can already picture it on the mantel. I cannot express just what a perfect gift this is as I’ve been agonizing for over a year as to what I could give her on her retirement to commemorate our 40+ years of knowing each other and working together for nearly all of those years. And the service I received is beyond outstanding; Shannon is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, accommodating, kind and made the entire process so stress-free, easy and pleasant.
