Purchased an 80.00 hourglass that stated was for ashes . Received item and followed the directions , grinding , sieving the ashes and would not go into hourglass. Requested a refund , then told I needed sand, so that was sent since I did not even know I needed, then followed their directions by placing the sand with the ashes, but I tried just the sand and even the sand would not go in, stuck to the sides. Requested a refund again and now told cant be refunded. So now I have a worthless hourglass sitting here and no assistance or concern from the company.
