Shipping Information

When Are Items Shipped?
Most orders are shipped within one business day, many the same day if ordered before 10AM CST, after 10am they will ship the next day The exception is for items that are made when ordered.  These items are noted as such on their product pages. 

Please enter your shipping address carefully. If an address is entered incorrectly customer will be responsible for misdelivered packages or reshipment fees.

Customers in the Continental US
By default items are usually shipped USPS (typically 2-7 business days).  Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Note only USPS Express or UPS Next Day and 2 Day are guaranteed options

Orders under $50 will be charged a flat $5.99 shipping fee.  Shipping is included for orders $50 and over.

Customers In Alaska or Hawaii or US Territories
Please contact us prior to order so we can calculate the correct shipping costs for your address.

International Customers
Due to the much higher cost of shipping outside the United States, international customers will need to choose a calculated shipping option at checkout. Because our system only selects for one item shipping cost may or may not be accurate and if higher we can will contact you after purchase or you can contact us prior to purchase and we can let you know what the actual cost will be.

Keep in mind that shipping estimates do not include time spent in customs (can vary from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on country).

As with all international orders there will be customs fees upon delivery. If you refuse to pay the customs fees upon delivery the hourglass will get shipped back to us and you will be responsible for all shipping charges and fees.

Cancellations

Because transaction fees are not refundable, cancellations are subject to those fees, and will vary depending on payment method. Please place orders carefully.

Returns

We package our hourglasses very well to insure against breakage. If your hourglass arrives broken or otherwise defective please contact us at cs@justhourglasses.com.  You will have the option of either exchanging your hourglass OR a full refund at no cost to you.

IMPORTANT: All packages must be opened and inspected within 3 business days of delivery to report damages, defects or loss. This allows us to submit claims with our carrier and supplier. Do not dispose of the box/packaging materials or hourglass until the claim is completed.
