We purchased a Cherry Hourglass last year for the first time to see how we liked the item for an outgoing Board President's gift. It was really pretty and a nice way to mark the passage of the recipient's time as our president. The company is really great to work with. Responds quickly and very patient during the decision process. We decided to purchase 5 of the same hourglass this year to make it our regular gift for the Board President. They all arrived great; one hourglass was a little wiggly. This I feel was something that happened in shipping as the hourglasses are inspected before shipment. I contacted the company and was walked through a very quick and easy fix for my concern. All is well and I look forward to giving this hourglass as this year's gift and for years to follow.

I am enjoying my new egg timer. They are a bit over cooked after 60 minutes but it sure is nice watching the time go by.
