I was very disappointed by the hourglass I received. It was too small, which I take the blame on that. The engraving, what engraving?? I can’t even see it because it blends in with the wood. The opening where you put the remains in was SO SMALL, the mortician had to take grains of my son’s remains with a pincher grasp that was time consuming and needless.
