While on vacation, one of my grandchildren accidentally broke the home-owner’s hour glass. The sand was red, and he bottom noted it was from the Sahara Desert, 1991. I knew this had to be special, and looked around online to fix things. Just Hourglasses saved my life. I emailed with the company a number of times, Shannon always answered promptly, and patiently.
